Summer Orientation Questionnaire for New Students Entering Second, Third, and Fourth Grade

We are thrilled to welcome your family to our community, and kick off the school year with this special  two-day orientation for new students in grades 2 through 4.  While your child’s attendance is not required, it is a fantastic opportunity for new students to make new friends, meet some faculty, and explore the campus through a variety of experiences and activities like swimming in our aquatic center and a scavenger hunt at Roots Farm!  

To ensure that our program is tailored to meet your needs effectively, we kindly ask you  to review and complete the attached form, prior to June 1st.
