The Rainbow Fish Unit

1. Enduring Understanding:         All students: Will be able to sequence 4-5 part book sequences by going back to a book to copy the order of events.

                                                Some students: will sequence 4-5 part book sequences by looking for the cause and effect relationship between story parts.

2. Enduring understanding:                All Students: Sharing is when we give something of our possession (temporary of permanent possession) to someone else. Sharing makes us happy.

If we share people want to be friends with us. We feel happy when we are with our friends. If we don’t share people won’t want to be friends with us and we will feel sad and lonely.

                                                Some Students: Fish live in the sea in contrast to most animals live on land.

The rainbow fish is called the rainbow fish because his scales sparkled all different colors, like a rainbow.
