RECIPE  for Salmon Bibimbap

INGREDIENTS

Carrots(Shredded)

Red Leaf Lettuce

Cucumber

Salmon

Diacon Sprouts

Roasted Seaweed

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Cook the Salmon in oven, lightly salted and peppered.

2.  Cut the Red Leaf lettuce into long strips.

3.  Julian Slice the Cucumbers.(Use the medium size blade for Japanese slicers)

4.  Make two kinds of sauce (see the recipe below)

5.  Arrange all the vegetables and salmon on top of the rice and place the seaweed in the middle, then serve with the sauce.

RECIPE  for Spicy sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1/3 cup water

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.  

RECIPE  for Soy Sauce based sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ½ tablespoon green onions(finely chopped)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix the ingredients together.

RECIPE  for Miso Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken Broth
  • Miso Paste
  • Green onions
  • Tofu

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil Chicken broth with 10 cups of water.

2. Add the Miso Paste to taste.

3. Add Tofu(cubed to bite size) and bring to boil.

4. Serve with little bit of green onions(finely chopped)
