CORN DIP

This is one of my favorite appetizer recipes!  It is easy, all ages like it and I know the ingredients by heart so can buy ingredients on a whim when shopping.  

CORN DIP

2 cans Mexi-corn,drain one

8 oz. softened cream cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1 small can chopped green chiles

1 small bunch of green onions, chopped

Mix together.  This recipe is best if mixed together and chilled in the fridge for several hours.  Serve with Scoops or your favorite chip/cracker.
