CDS students have several options for voicing student feedback or concerns.

Students may share feedback with the following individuals:

• Individual instructor, clinical educator, faculty advisor
• CDS Undergraduate Coordinator Marcella McCollum for undergraduate feedback
• CDS Graduate Program Director Eduardo Europa for graduate feedback
• CDS Interim Department Chair Pei-Tzu Tsai
• College Associate Dean TBD
• SJSU Student Ombudsperson

Students may provide anonymous feedback via:

• the online CDS Anonymous Student Feedback Form or
• the CDS Suggestion Box located in Sweeney Hall 117K

Graduate students with concerns about the program’s compliance with accreditation standards may contact:

• the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) following the CAA complaint criteria and submission requirements.
