• Congratulations to the new committee on being elected.

Treasurer

• Expenses forms: Keep receipts for event costs and send them with an expenses form.
• Event budgets: Committee members to plan budgets for the next meeting.
• Sponsorship: Committee members to look into sponsorship for events.

Secretary

• Committee this year will have to complete an online bystander training course.
• Reminder to the committee, particularly year representatives, to approve posts on the Facebook group (scheduled days are Thursdays and Sundays).
• Check everyone has had a handover

Charity

• Discussion about options for charities to support this year
• Summer Ball raffle
• Charity walk: Charity reps to contact guides and buses to estimate the costs.
