there are many stem fields that are related to automotive technology.  with an automotive background you can get a job as a automotive technician, diesel technician, motorcycle technician or marine technician to name a few. you could also work on a race team, test drive cars, or be a car salesman. some of these jobs may require more education than the others but they're all related to automotive technology.
