The Client Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact to assist prospective and existing clients with their servicing needs; and provides administrative support to the Financial Advisor(s) with business-related tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivates and enhances new and existing client relationships through active communication , processing requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring key information and documentation remains current
• Performs administrative duties that support the Financial Advisor(s) in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, prepare travel & expense reports, and file & calendar maintenance
• Schedules current clients and prospective clients for in-person and virtual meetings with Financial Advisor(s)
• Answers inbound calls, takes messages as necessary, and/or transfers calls to appropriate person(s)
• Prepares necessary paperwork and reports for client meetings
• Maintains and establishes standard operating procedures to improve business operations
• Creates, produces, and maintain reports, databases, and record keeping for the purpose of growing client relationships and meeting regulatory requirements
• Seeks out continued opportunities to improve on professional development
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION &/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A High School degree or equivalent required; a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Securities or Insurance preferred

MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit/stand/kneel/bend/for extended periods of time, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally, developed interpersonal abilities, ability to work under high pressure while remaining composed. Attention to detail is critical to this position; along with organization, prioritization, and time management skills.

COMPETENCIES

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, CRM experience, strong sales and customer service, presentation skills, self-motivation, ability to work independently, problem solving skills and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
