Directions - Canon City Office

From the East (Pueblo); Travelling West on US-50

• Turn left onto MacKenzie Avenue at the traffic light near Home Depot.
• Take the 1st Left onto Grandview Avenue (approximately .3 mile after the turn onto MacKenzie).
• Drive to the end of Grandview Avenue. Pull into the gravel lot before the gate. C-SEAP is located in the Dog Training portable building to your right, also outside of the gate.
• Enter through the door at the far right end of the building.
• At your first visit, you will find a folder with forms to complete before your therapist greets you.    

From the West (Canon City): Travelling East on US-50

• Turn right onto MacKenzie Ave. - at the traffic light near Home Depot.
•  Drive to the end of Grandview Avenue. Pull into the gravel lot before the gate. C-SEAP is located in the Dog Training portable building to your right, also outside of the gate.
• Enter through the door at the far right end of the building.
