Language Learning is all about immersion. You have to essentially waterboard your brain with material for months at a time. Consume as much content in your target language as possible. This method of study can be applied to all languages, but the timeline is based on Latin languages. (Spanish French Portuguese, Italian.)

Learning other languages follows the same strategies, it will just take much longer. For example, expect a minimum of six months for a language, like German, and at least two years for the most difficult languages, such as Arabic Japanese and Korean.

1. Highly recommend a minimum of 5 hours of lessons/week, get to 50hrs fast a possible.

2. This audiobook will take you to intermediate speaking if used correctly.. don’t move on to the next chapter until you can keep up at 1.5x speed.

3. Only watch Spanish TV, new shows are cool, but a show you already know will be more beneficial, only use Spanish subtitles..

Ex. Bob Esponja on YouTube, Game of Thrones, most major shows have been dubbed in Spanish. Repetition is better than variety, it’s best to watch the same show over and over

        4.        Only listen to Spanish music.. my favorite artists are Yolanda Del Rio & Vicente Fernandez. I found new artist I like by asking ChatGPT to give me similar artists to the ones I like.

        5.        Study vocab based on priority, the top 100 most used words will give you 50% of the spoken language, the top 500 words will give you 75% of the language..

        6.        Work on conjugation tables. Latin verbs are much more complex than English when it comes to the form of the word that you use.

        7.        Change your phone to Spanish within the first week. It will be a challenge at first, but if you wait until you’re “ready for that”, it won’t actually be beneficial.

If you hold rigid to this for 3-4 months it’s almost impossible not to reach basically fluency.
