Busy, but easygoing twen weekend commuter.  She usually stays in the apartment for max 2 weeks per month only. Speaks English and Portuguese.

  • Apartment comes with a well equipped kitchen (new microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc), bathroom with bathtub and new laundry machine
  • Small locker in basement available for shared use
  • Utilities (electricity, water, etc) included in monthly rent
  • I can issue residential registration form ('Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung’)

  • Mature, respectful student or professional in a similar situation as mine; I am willing to consider couples
  • International mindset
  • Stable financial situation
  • Have lived alone before and know how to keep their housing clean ;) - I am happy to procure a regular cleaning service, if you prefer and split cost
  • I have a preference for longer term (6+ months) tenants

The rules

  • No smoking inside apartment
  • No subletting / AirBnB, etc (except with the prior approval in exceptional cases, for example during university holidays or semester abroad)
  • Upon signing of rental agreement 1st and last months’ rent are due; plus 1 month as deposit
  • Rent: 725 EUR/month all in

I am renting out the 22.66 sqm room on the left (“Wohnen”). I myself occupy the smaller room (“Schlafen”) next to the bathroom. The kitchen is in the middle between the two rooms.
