The Student Wellness Center (SWC) is your home for health, counseling, and well-being needs at SJSU!

Complete this form if you would like to request tabling representation or a presentation about Student Wellness Center Services available to students. As you complete the form below, you will be able to select which type of presentation you are interested in (each presentation is roughly 20 minutes and are available via zoom or in person).

Please allow at least 4-6 weeks advance notice to fulfill a request. Though we will attempt our very best to match requests, we may not be able to fulfill all requests. Complete the following information so that we may process your request. If you have any questions, please email studentwellnesscenter@sjsu.edu
