Complaints Policy for Dental Hygiene Program

Complaints regarding the dental hygiene program or dental hygiene program graduates should be first addressed to Ms. Vicky Wesner, Dental Hygiene Program Director, at vwesner@cccc.edu, or (919) 777-7782. Unresolved complaints or complaints about the Program Director should be directed to Dr. Denise Martin, Dean of Health Sciences and Human Services, at dmartin@cccc.edu, or (919) 777-7784.

All complaints will be documented, including the projected outcome, and kept on file at the program facility. A complaint against the program or regarding accreditation of these programs should be addressed to the Commission on Dental Accreditation. This Commission is located at 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611.
