Use the form below to register your child for the Notre Dame Children's Choir. Note that registration does not indicate automatic enrollment into a choir. We will contact you to set an audition appointment--NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. Children ages 5-8 do not need to audition and will be contacted as space permits in those choirs.
