Complaints Policy for the Health Information Technology Program
Complaints regarding the program or program graduates should be first addressed to Mrs. Erika Parker, HIT Program Director, at
eparker@cccc.edu, or 910-814-8820. Unresolved complaints about the Program Director should be directed to Denise Martin, Dean of Health Sciences and Human Services, at
dmartin@cccc.edu, or 919-777-7784. All complaints will be documented, including the projected outcome, and kept on file at the program facility.
