Complaints Policy for Dental Assisting Program

Complaints regarding the dental assisting program or dental assisting graduates should be first addressed to Ms. Vicky Wesner, Dental Assisting Program Director, at vwesner@cccc.edu, or (919) 777-7782. Unresolved complaints or complaints about the Program Director should be directed to Dr. Denise Martin, Dean of Health Sciences and Human Services, at dmartin@cccc.edu, or (919) 777-7784.

All complaints will be documented, including the projected outcome, and kept on file at the program facility. A complaint against the program or regarding accreditation of these programs should be addressed to the Commission on Dental Accreditation. This Commission is located at 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611.
