Instructions:
1. Students who have encountered compassionate or compelling circumstances which impact on the student's ability to pay fees by the due date, may request a payment extension, as outlined in our Student Fees and Charges Policy on our website
www.icae.edu.au/policies-and-procedures.html 2. Continuing students need to pay their fees 2 weeks before next semester starts. Any requests for extension due to extenuating circumstanced not received by 5 days before due date will not be considered.
3. Email any supporting documents related to this form - e.g. medical certificates, birth certificates,
psychological reports - to

4. Payment extension approval will be at the sole discretion of ICAE Management
