Please complete this form for any on or off campus event(s) that you would like to request the involvement of the music department and its musicians. We understand that planning an event takes a great deal of time and effort. Please allow 5-10 business days for a response back from a Music Department faculty or staff member. If we are able to fulfill your request, the Music Department faculty member would like the opportunity to discuss an appropriate stipend to be paid to the department for this service. Thank you!
