If you are lucky enough to get to Hangout with Robbie on Monday 5th November at 3.30pm GMT and agree for footage of your hangout with Robbie to be used in a summary video after complete this form fully. If you are selected you will be contacted by Google/Island Records.

This form allows us to use the footage from your hangout with Robbie in a video afterwards, it is not essential as Robbie will be crashing hangouts randomly on the day so make sure you are inviting +RobbieWilliams and signed up to the event at http://bit.ly/HangoutWithRobbie
