Before reporting a bug:
*Remove all modifications from the HoN client. Delete the 'startup.cfg' in your 'Heroes of Newerth (Garena)' folder, and run HoN again to make sure all of the settings are set to default.
**Do a clean re-installation of the game.

Console.log
Step 1: How to record console.log from Game Client
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1) Restart your HoN client.

2) Hold Ctrl and hit F8, you will see a black screen [console].

3) Enter this command: setsave php_printDebuginfo 1

4) Replicate your previous actions to reproduce the bug.

Step 2: Locate your console.log file via the paths listed below:

Step 3: Upload your file to a file sharing site

Dxdiag
Step 1: How to record Dxdiag

1) Go to "START" --> "RUN"
2) Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
3) Check through the tabs and perform all tests.
4) Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice.
