Following the success of this year’s summer club I am considering running a Christmas activity club for the first week of the Christmas holidays from Monday 14th December to Friday 18th December. I am writing to you initially to take provisional bookings and set out the arrangements.

It is my intention to open the club to all members of the school from Year 1 upwards and I hope to offer fun, festive activities throughout the week. With such a varied age group, I am avoiding an elite sports based week and offering instead a range of creative and open-ended days. Each day will include physical exercise, creative and team building opportunities. Please see a draft timetable of ideas below, although I am talking to staff about potential recipes and other creative activities all the time...

If you would like to reserve a place for your child please complete the short form below (for more than one child please complete a form for each child individually) The days will run from 9am to 4pm and the cost will be £30 per day, payable in advance. There are a limited number of places available and I would like to know numbers asap to organise staffing and resources.

This is the first time I have offered to run a Christmas activity club and am unaware if there will be sufficient uptake to make it feasible, if not I will be in touch asap to let you know.

At the summer club I was able to offer school buses and may be able to do so on certain days if the demand requires it and at an additional cost. Please write your requirements for a bus and I will look into it.
