Proceed (South) toward South Yarmouth.
Turn right at second traffic light onto Old Townhouse Rd.
Cross over W. Yarmouth Rd.
Turn left into the parking lot, and follow bike trail to the starting line of the cross country course.

To reach the campus, take the Mid-Cape Highway (Route 6) to exit 5 (Route 149). Drive south for a very short distance until the road forks. Take the left fork to Osterville. Continue for approximately 3 1/2 miles, crossing Race Lane (at the blinking light take a quick left, then a quick right) and Route 28 (stop light). The school is on the left, 1/2 mile beyond the Route 28 intersection.
If you are coming via Route 28, turn south off Route 28 onto Osterville-W. Barnstable Road (Mahoney's Garden Center is on the corner.) CCA is 1/2 mile down, on your left.

Take Route 6 East to Exit 6, Route 132. Take a left at the bottom of the exit.
Go through the traffic light, go past the main entrance and take a right into the second entrance to Cape Cod Community College. Take a left into the gym parking lot. The gym is directly across from the tennis courts. The soccer fields are behind the tennis courts.

From West/South - off Cape: Rte 495 (becomes Rte 25) to exit 2 (Rte 6/Hyannis). Keep left around rotary, follow Rte 6 signs. Follow alongside canal to end. Over Sagamore bridge. Take exit 6. Stay straight off ramp onto Rte 132. Follow approximately 1/2 mile, entrance on left.
From East (down Cape): Rte 6. Take exit 6. Turn left off ramp (at light) onto Rte 132. Follow approximately 1/2 mile, entrance on left.

From Off Cape:
Cross the Sagamore Bridge onto Rte 6 East.
Follow Rte 6 to Exit 6 (Hyannis- Rte 132.) At the end of the off-ramp, turn right onto Rte 132 South.
Follow Rte 132 South. Cross the first set of lights at Phinney’s Lane and stay to the right.
At the next set of lights (The Cape Codder Hotel is on the right) bear right onto Bearse’s Way.
Immediately after, turn right onto Pitcher’s Way.
Follow Pitcher’s Way across both Rte. 28 and West Main St.
Follow through residential housing to the end where it merges into Scudder Ave.
Merge/right onto Scudder Ave.
At the 4 way stop go straight across, staying on Scudder Ave.
Stay on Scudder Ave. through the Village until your reach a 3 way Stop at Irving Avenue.
Disregard the No Right Turn signs and turn right onto Irving Avenue.
At the top of Irving Avenue enter our parking lot and enjoy your day.

FROM ROUTE 28 WEST OF HYANNIS (FALMOUTH-COTUIT): Follow Rt. 28 into Hyannis and go through one set of lights. Take a right turn at the second set of lights at Bearses Way, with a car wash ahead on the left and a shopping plaza on the right. After about half a mile, bear left at the fork to High School Road. (You will see the Kennedy Skating Rink to the right of this turn.) Go straight through two sets of lights at North St. and Main St., and go straight at the stop sign on South St. The field is on the left side of the school building, and parking surrounds the building.
FROM ROUTE 28 EAST OF HYANNIS (ORLEANS-YARMOUTH): Just before reaching the Yarmouth-Barnstable town line, you will come to a three-way intersection with Main St. Take a slight left onto Main St. at that set of lights (signs will indicate Downtown Hyannis). Stay on Main St. through the next two traffic lights. Take a left at the third set of lights at High School Road. Go straight at the stop sign on South St. The field is on the left side of the school building, and parking surrounds the building.
FROM THE AIRPORT ROTARY: Exit the rotary traveling south on Barnstable Rd. (The road will be briefly divided by a small concrete median.) Go straight through two sets of lights and take a right onto North St., about 1/4 mile after the second set of lights. Go straight through the set of lights at Winter St. Take a left at the following set of lights at High School Rd. Go straight through a set of lights at Main St., and go straight at the stop sign on South St. The field is on the left side of the school building, and parking surrounds the building.

Traveling east on the mid-cape highway get off at exit 8. Bear to the right onto Station Ave. and continue for approx. 0.5 of a mile. At the second set of lights take a right onto Old Town House Rd. and drive for 0.5 of a mile. Take a right into the parking lot. The field sets back about 200 yds from the parking lot. Look for the light poles.

From Route 28: Follow Route 28 into Yarmouth. Take a left onto Town Brook Rd. Take a left onto Buck Island Rd and Sandy Pond Rec area will be up on the right.
