The meeting was called to order at 7pm by Kelly Kroon, President

The minutes from August and the treasurer’s report were formally approved
Hostesses were Judy Kouba and Deb Lambert

Publicity Report
- Committee members – Jayne Gilbertson, Chris Mangano, June Behnke, Mary Baugarten, and Eva Kalin
- Emailed all the guilds in the area and also sent them flyers and applications.
- There will be advertising the in Dells paper.
- Publicity members attended different meeting to promote the workshop – Loganville, Lodi, Richland Center, and Mauston
- Phone calls were placed to different guilds
- Interview with the Local Access and Radio
Linda and Kris will be setting everything up on Friday night and Saturday morning Lecture – 7pm Classes – 9am ---start time, so need to be there ahead of time to set up machines
----A big THANKS to the committee members for accepting the position on the committee and all of their hard work. Lots of work in a very short time!

Crayon Challenge
Black and White fabrics with an accent of 2 colors which have to be the colors of the crayons that were in the envelope you received Size – no minimum, but a maximum of 40" in one direction Can be a quilt, wall hanging, purse, clothing, etc. Completion Date: May 2010

Quilt Standards
– Sherri Enke showed us the wonderful quilt standards that she designed and a friend of hers made. There are 50 – 8 foot standards which will be painted black. The cost will be around $300 - $268 for the standards plus additional cost for conduit, paint, etc.
