Beth made the most of fruit tasting day today. She enjoying exploring the different fruit we had and tried everything. Beth made some detailed notes to help with the design of her own smoothie. 20/06/2009

I have really enjoyed tasting the fruit - I liked all of them apart from avocado. I don't think I will add that to my drink. We recorded our different scores and described them too. Beth Roundtree 21/06/2009

Lots of progress with the smoothie design over the last few weeks - Beth has chosen her ingredients carefully based upon the smoothie tasting we have done. She has shown a good understanding for how flavours combine together. 1/07/2009
Beth's planning and careful design skills have helped her to produce a great little bottle design. We added the labels on today and they look ready for ASDA shelves! I tried the finished smoothie today and it was delicious. 15/07/2009
