KEY NOTES ABOUT HOW I WORK :)
---These are my TOOLS: Pencil, black pen,  Adobe Photoshop 7.0, and a MOUSE.

--- I work strictly from ARTIST'S INTERPRETATION. In other-words, you will get a piece where I get free reign on the theme/pose/tone/etc...THAT IS, unless you are specific about how you want your piece to turn out... if you are indifferent, or if it doesn't matter to you, you'll get whatever I come up with<--- no adjustments. Again, if nothing is said at the beginning, then I assume you are alright with letting me have my way with your request! I'm all about pleasant surprises and having fun with art! (Whistle while you work). Could be anthro, could be toony, could be feral... depends on how I feel when I process your request.

---I expect payment via-PayPal up front before I get to work. (See payment options for details)

---I am willing to work under a time-limit if necessary! (holidays, birthday gifts, etc).

---When I receive payment, I will place your commission in a slot in order of who's paid. I will keep in close contact with you with any questions or concerns about your piece, and if there will be any issues with your turn-around time.

On the subject of turn-around times and refund policies If the piece does not require a time-limit, I will not allow any commission to exceed the "season" of when it was purchased. By seasons I mean:
Spring: March 1st - June 1st
Summer: June 1st - September 1st
Fall: September 1st - Dec 1st
Winter: Dec 1st- March 1st

So in other-words, if you commission me for a piece on March 6th, that means the commissioner could see the piece anytime between March 6th and June 1st of that year, depending on work-load and circumstances. However, if a piece is exceeding the allotted season, I will discuss partial refunds (if that is what the client desires).

For pieces $50+: I will refund $10 for every month the piece is delayed.
For pieces under $50 I will refund $5 "           ".

If a client refuses a refund schedule, I will throw in alittle something extra for their time... like an extra sketch as a gift, or doing a simple flat-color on a line-art, or inking their sketch. Again, this is up to the client! I always want to ensure
satisfaction in anyway I can!
You can quote me on that!

---Requests for preliminary sketches are rare, but if this is desired, please let me know ahead of time, and expect a $5 surcharge added on to the original price. With this, I will produce 3 rough sketches for the client to choose from.

---I don't post everything in my gallery. If you want a private commission, let me know.

---If I am unable to process your request due to lack of resources or 'life happening', I will discuss full-refunds on my part. As a rule, if a client purchases a commission slot, it is non-refundable upon sale. The fees with Paypal make it difficult to reproduce the exact dollar amount sent. In other words, if you buy a slot, you will get a commission from me! These are things to be discussed via e-mail if the situation ever rises.

STYLE
---What you see in my gallery is exactly what you'll be paying for. If you're looking for anything else other then what I typically do, I can refer you to other artists that can produce what you want. This goes for how I draw anthros, crittertures, and cartoons alike.

---Remember.... ARTIST INTERPRETATION!!! If you like surprises, you'll get one, unless you warn me ahead of time :)

LIMITATIONS *updated April, 2009*
---I no longer accept mature content commissions. All commissions must be work-friendly. I have retired from that market publicly as of April 2009. If you wish to see any of my pin-up work, please visit Club Stripes and support the artists with a membership. Thank you for your understanding.

Client's Privileges With A Finished Commission.
---Upon completion, the completed commission will be sent to their e-mail address via attachment (typically png format) alittle bit under 1000 pixels wide. After that, they have the right to post it anywhere they want, print it, etc.

---As a courtesy to me (the artist), I request that if the piece is posted anywhere besides my blog that I get credit for the piece. But you for the most-part have free reign on what you do with your piece. You paid for it after-all!

---Please refrain from altering or tweaking the piece, as this defeats the purpose of me working on it. Please bring this to my attention, and we can discuss this further. I might let you tweak if I know what you want to do, or I could do it for you.

---Please, don't use my art for your own profit. If you want to put it on a t-shirt, go right ahead, as long as you're not selling t-shirts. It's only fair. Thank you :)

PAYMENT
---You may certainly buy a slot at anytime to ensure you get a commission!

---I exclusively accept PayPal (disco.infurno@hotmail.com). As much as I would like to NOT get fees removed from the funds I receive, I like to believe that this is the equivalent of paying my taxes...just feels more legal to me! Not to mention I will not be responsible for lost cash, MO's, or checks. So to remove that possibility, I simply removed those methods from my policy. Sorry about the inconvenience if any.

---When sending a Paypal payment, please include your alias/ real name in the description, otherwise I have no idea who you are! Again, specifics are key!

MY PROMISE TO YOU!
-My door is always open, and if you have any questions or concerns at all, please feel free to contact!

-You will receive e-mail updates OFTEN about your piece, letting you know of it's progress, or if it's taking alittle longer then expected. You will NEVER be left in the dark!

-I will be courteous and civil with all!

-If a request that's made is alittle bit off-color for me, I will turn your request down politely and ask that you read my policy again. In return I would appreciate no begging, tweaking to try and 'slip in' something inappropriate, and furthermore...no harassment or stalking. I can't always please everyone, but I can at least try and not make anyone feel uncomfortable if something suggested to me was alittle offensive.

-I am open for small adjustments if the price is alittle steep for someone. I am willing to bend alittle if that means I will have your business!

-I love to believe that I might make someone's day with a picture. There's nothing I love more then doing what I get a kick out of, and potentially lifting someone elses spirits with it too! I promise that whatever I'm doing, even if things are alittle tight in my real life and your request is possibly taking a touch longer then normal...I am having fun with it! Don't ever feel like your piece in particular is getting in the way or stressing me out. Life is the stressor, not the fun hobby that I've loved my whole life!

-Again, I am approachable and my door is always open! Your questions are always welcome no matter what they may be!
