Circular Reasoning, 1-10Circular Reasoning, a highly minimalist Webcomic "where the shapes come out to play," features simple geometric forms as characters, and was originally published by Websafe Studio from January 11, 2006, to April 13, 2006, when I gave the strip its own blog.
The strip arose from a conversation I had on the evening of January 10, 2006, with Paco the tattooist. We both loved comics and comic strips, especially highly unusual and original ones. But we agreed it was quite a strain to commit to the production of a daily strip or a graphic novel. So we talked about ways of lowering the bar. The irreducible essence of a comic strip? "Hey, they can just be shapes talking to each other," he said. Thus
Circular Reasoning was born.
