• Event Update
• Community Ride, 6 participants, Howard reports that ride was hot despite earlier start time, some participants hungry during ride since occurs at lunchtime.  
• Group decides to move ride back to 2PM so ride can end at 4PM shop day.  If rides are too hot in August, group will revisit idea of earlier and/or shorter rides.  
• Grant Search

• Wish List and Grant Letter
• Devin reports that David Gonzales, Nic, and himself created rough draft for Home Depot Grant application
• Nic composed list of Home Depot items (with prices) which we might want
• Devin reports that Tractor Supply, Northern, Target, Sports Authority don’t have grant applications, but Lowes does have open-ended grant application process.
• Space Search
• Any new developments?
• Letter to Englebrecht: Kati hasn’t written yet, but she will. 
• Trailer Work Day
• Group agrees to schedule trailer work day and look at Peggy’s trailer.  Work day on June 20, location TBD. 
• Sunday Shop Day: Report
• Howard reports that 3 people attended needing help, one bike was sold,  1 set of brakes was sold and installation taught.  Total sales: $40. 
• Project: make canvas mat or peg board with tool outline, add pockets if helpful.
• Buy project materials [canvas or peg board and paint]
• Kati motions to authorize $20 for canvas fabric

VI. New Business

• Howard says Denton PD is interested in working with us to put on bike rodeo
• Howard reports that Andrew Teeter contacted us about Rahr sponsorship/tabling
• Howard reports that Christina at Circa77 will sell shirts for us, $15 cash, $20 card
• Group agrees to move ~15 shirts of varying sizes to Circa 77
