- Rob Robinson addresses the group:
- Rob wants experience as a grant writer, offers to write grant proposals for Querencia, can begin research. Can approach Bank of America, Walmart Foundation, Central Bucks Bicycle Club, etc.
- Group very excited and grateful for the opportunity, agrees to proceed with grant application
- Howard will email Rob the needs list and prioritize the items, possibly adding item cost information
- Group to correspond with Rob as grant offers progress
- Bikes-to-Kids Project Update
- Howard updates group that judging occurs Monday at 3:30PM, awards on Thursday at 2:30PM.
- Nic and Howard to go over the bikes one final time, possibly tuesday, Howard to call Nic on Tuesday.
- Kati and Abbie created 3 awards medals with bike parts, will bring on Thursday to award ceremony.

- Trailer Work Day
- Next work day is Sun, Nov 1 noon-7PM.
- Abbie to make FB event, Howard granted FB admin access to Abbie.
- Shop Day Report from Sat Oct 24
- low turnout but very productive: cleaned and repaired kids bikes, Howard cleaned some wheels and frames out of shed.
- Rob Robinson attended and offered grant writing services. Howard and Kati added Rob to Sunday meeting agenda.

- Group discusses new shop space offer
- Devin moves to write proposals and respond to property owner by November 4th. Abbie seconds.
- Group agrees to investigate other appealing properties simultaneous to pursuit of standing offer.
- Shop Rags
- Howard explains that shop has only a few red dirty rags and the desperately need washing.
- Howard moves that Querencia talk to Daniel @ Bluebonnet and arrange a regular laundering period, if Bluebonnet approves. Devin seconds.
