Brian Bartels gives update that he is ordering electronic parts this week to complete build. Brian says he needs a scoreboard graphic theme to use with software. Howard and Eric will provide graphic theme ideas once roller races get to functional point.

Home for the Homeless Event on 9/12 Update
Remington reports that the face-to-face connection with homeless was very significant for Querencia; stresses desire to provide future assistance to homeless population
Kati reports that Querencia participated on Saturday and fixed about 15 bikes for the homeless.
UNT Lube-that-chain Update: Thursday Sept 10th, 10-4
Nic reports that event was far less busy than last one, but we gave out a great deal of information about shop.

Treasurer update
Devin reports ~$500 deposit, account is at $1500 balance, but ~$400 is owed. Ending balance will be around $1000.
Bikes-to-Kids Project Update
need for bike inventory, Howard says there will be 50-60 participants of Tomas Rivera after-school art club (meets on Fridays). Kids are 48-60" tall, so bikes should be 20" wheel size. Howard will start putting potential prize bikes aside.
Time frame will be start early Oct, finish late Oct
Howard will ask Denton PD if they want to contribute to prizes.
Group agrees to award 3 prize bikes, perhaps provide choice of 6 varying sizes.
