- Community Ride
- Remginton reports that ride was his favorite ever, 20+ people, and ride was polite and legal. One rider was dropped.
- Grant Committee Report
- Cooper update about contacting Ace Hardware about contributions
- Nic update about contacting Lowes about grant opportunities
- Trailer Work Day
- Last Thursday update: Devin reports that hardest part was completed since roof is on. Hung one side panel, Nic/Abbie/Cooper sanded one painted fender and frame. Attendance: Devin, Nic, Luis, Abbie, Howard.
- Next work day: this Thursday, 4:30
- Last Shop Day Report
- Group of 2 volunteers made great headway on a single child bike, Howard suggests we have physical separation of groups: Green, Sale, Kids. Luis and 3 others sorted many parts into bins. Kevin helped some folks. Howard reports we sold one $50 Raleigh road bike. Kevin still owes $20 more for parts purchased.
- Remington volunteers to find Bikes For Sale sign before next shop
- Group held shop meeting after last council meeting
- Private shop before public: Group discusses. Devin motions that we begin having internal shop 1 hour before public shop. Nic seconds.
- Shop Rules Doc Update: contributors: Kati, Howard, Cooper, Devin, Nic, Luis.
- Schedule separate meeting?
- Luis and Nic should be included in this.
- Group agrees to try and meet this week, prune ideas, then present results to collective council at next meeting.
- Tool Organization Project: make canvas mat with tool outline
- Kati bought green canvas supply, Remington has it and will bring to next shop day.
- Tool Purchase Update: Nic
- vice grips, channelock pliers, hammers, adjustable wrench, screw drivers, sockets, deep well sockets, pipe wrench, large crescent wrench, allen wrenches
- Nic will get email list to Cody at McBride's this week
- Supply Needs: 700c/27" rim tape
- Nic priced cloth tape to be too expensive.
- Group agrees to purchase total of $420 shop consumables, Howard motions, David seconds.
- Nic suggests directing volunteers to patch/inventory patchable tube pile at future shop days
- Ongoing shop needs list: pump, lube, degreaser, brake pads, stand
- Devin motions we extend the meeting 15 minutes, Remington seconds.

- T Shirt @ Circa 77 Update: Remington reports that he made sign and T-shirt display. Howard will make blog/FB update offering shirts/posters.
