• Grant Committee Report
• Received grant denial letter from Home Depot
• Howard relays from David that Walmart has no funds to contribute, next grant deadline is Feb.
• Remington motions that Cooper contact Ace Hardware about contributions, Nic seconds. 
• Nic agrees to contact Lowes about grant opportunities.  
• Trailer Work Day - July 25, NEXT SATURDAY, 9AM morning.
• Remington motions to have authorize $300 for supply funds, Nic seconds.  

• Sunday Shop Day: Report
• Kati motions to create rules draft, which should be posted at future shops.  Howard seconds.  Kati, Howard, Cooper, Devin will contribute, Howard will create Google doc.
• Howard proposes shop should purchase some basic tools: vice grips, channelock pliers, hammer, etc.  Howard motions to authorize $30 to purchase basic tools from McBride's pawn.  Nic volunteers to accept list and purchase tools from McBride's. 
• Nic hasn't had time to purchase tools yet, didn't receive parts list
• Shop Info Manual/Binder: Nic update
• New Shop Stand Project: Update
• Group discusses shop stand choices and price considerations, Nic to research needs and pricing

• Shop Signage
• Nate reports that steel front yard  sign is almost done

• T Shirt Update @ Circa 77
• How are shirts selling @ Circa 77?
• Remington agrees to regularly check on shirt sales. 
• No QCBS shirts have been sold.  
• Howard will make FB and blog posts.
• DATCU statement issue
• Have they been contacted to see where statements are going?
• Howard resolved with DATCU, synched info with Devin
• Shop space search
• Nate reports that owner of Strawberry Fields does not seem to be likely space contributor.  

New Business

• Bike Rodeo
• Howard reports that he's still waiting for Denton PD to contact him back about planning bike rodeo.  
• Howard expresses desire to accomplish bikes-to-kids project no matter what, even if it's just a small essay contest at one school.  
• Group brainstorms
• Nate volunteers to speak to Sarah at Friends of the Family about connecting to do an event for kids.  

• Project follow-through
• Brainstorm ideas to keep group on task
• Kati agrees to send out email on Mondays to remind volunteers of tasks.
• Group reports success with reminders
• Howard updates group on Cyclesomatic invitation.
