Howard relays from David that Walmart has no funds to contribute, next grant deadline is Feb.

Remington motions that Cooper contact Ace Hardware about contributions, Nic seconds.

Nic agrees to contact Lowes about grant opportunities.

Trailer Work Day - July 25, NEXT SATURDAY, 9AM morning.

Remington motions to have authorize $300 for supply funds, Nic seconds.

Sunday Shop Day: Report

Kati motions to create rules draft, which should be posted at future shops. Howard seconds. Kati, Howard, Cooper, Devin will contribute, Howard will create Google doc.

Howard proposes shop should purchase some basic tools: vice grips, channelock pliers, hammer, etc. Howard motions to authorize $30 to purchase basic tools from McBride's pawn. Nic volunteers to accept list and purchase tools from McBride's.

- Remington agrees to regularly check on shirt sales.
- No QCBS shirts have been sold.

Shop space search
- Nate reports that owner of Strawberry Fields does not seem to be likely space contributor.

Bike Rodeo
- Howard reports that he's still waiting for Denton PD to contact him back about planning bike rodeo.
- Howard expresses desire to accomplish bikes-to-kids project no matter what, even if it's just a small essay contest at one school.
- Nate volunteers to speak to Sarah at Friends of the Family about connecting to do an event for kids.
