Devin motions that we set prices above other local bike shops. Nic, Devin, Kevin to work on price list.
Supply Needs
Howard reports having purchased 8" adjustable wrench and 6" digital calipers for $24.
Remington proposes to have $50 tool purchase budget
Devin moves to amend proposal to be monthly $50 budget for next 6 months, Luis seconds. No objections.

Luis moves to accept 10 finalized rules, Remington seconds.
Rachelle agrees to make rules sign, Kati will send rules to Rachelle. Devin may have house paint to use.
Kati motions to extend meeting to 9:30, Howard seconds.
Grant Committee Report
Ace Hardware Grant: Cooper absent.
Lowes Grant: Nic reports no progress.
Community Ride Update
Last ride: Turnout good, route good, group discusses need to express rules + route at beginning of future rides
Event Planning
Trailer workday: tabled till next meeting
Home for the Homeless Event: Saturday.
Remington moves to have 2-4 light shop with 1 stand 1 table at Oak/Fry location.
