    1. Call to order : 5:13 pm
    2. Ice Breaker:  If you had to choose, would you be in snow, rain, or sun, and why?
    1. Monica Bayya: rain because higher risks of skin cancer in sun and snow
    1. Tammy Tran: snow because she wants to make snowmen
    2. JC: sun because he likes dry feet
    3. Sylvia: sun because she was traumatized by today
    4. Tiffany Yuan (1st year): sun because it’s comfortable and warm
    5. Minji Gwak: sun because she hates being cold, and it’s NOT always cold in Korea Diana
    6. Karen: sun because she likes being in the sun
    7. Brian (2nd year): snow because he skis
    8. Shivani (1st year): sun because it reminds her of home
    9. Maton: sun when he’s outside
    10. Alice (1st year): sun because it’s warm
    11. Ian: snow because there are more fun things to do with snow
    12. Kathleen Wong: live where it’s sunny because it makes her happy
    13. Diana: loves going to beach with sun, rain when she’s inside

    1. Haunted House:
      1. Shivani and Wesley: looked up different decorations to buy, gave list to Diana
      2. Skit: little boy and girl get lost and go through the woods, meet different characters, each character of the enchanted forest will teach them different things
    1. Game Committee:
      1. Kathleen: They are finalizing list of games, started with 20; brainstormed materials, logistics; thinking of design for overall booth
      2. Design for overall booth: trees, lanterns, signs
        1. How to make the trees stand on the side?
    2. PR:
      1. Karen: Sylvia and Karen working on flyers
      2. Finalizing donations, called businesses
    1. Break off into groups
    1. Games:
      1. Crafts: face painting, animal balloons, make own mask/jack-o-lantern, decorate trick-or-treat bag or puppet, make your own wand
      2. No Booth: costume contest, scavenger hunt, human slot machine, hustler games, candy corn guessing, scary story time
      3. Games: apple bobbing, feel booth, knock ‘em down, ping pong ball with other prizes, pin the eye patch on the pirate/anything, skee-ball, fortune teller
