- Create a project from scratch with a focus on children
- Incorporate the DSI's (District Service Initiatives) and ISI (International)
- DSI: Project Give: Offering a Helping Hand
- ISI: TBA (a few weeks)
- Once every semester - Have a big scale service project
- Goals:

III. Children's Halloween Festival
- Annual - Has happened the last 5 years

Held in Oakland Chinatown's Lincoln Square Recreation Center
- This year on Saturday, October 31 -- early in the day, before nighttime.
- Free to everyone in the community
- Promotes fun -- with a kick of education

- Game booths (fair style)
- Haunted House
- Skit
- Food!!!
