  1. Ice Breaker-what you like about the person next to you
    1. Keiko- Vincent came from the same area
    2. Vincent-Monica couldn’t think of anything- he was constipated
    3. Monica- Tiffany O couldn’t say what she really likes about her.  Her sense of style
    4. Tiff O- TTieu laugh
    5. TTieu- Diane is funny
    6. Diane-Josh- the best creeper face
    7. Josh-Kenneth –go getter
    8. Kenneth- Anhpha- not afraid to do stuff
    9. Anhpha- TTran- really sweet and loves talking in Korean with her, even though they are both viet
    10. TTran- Nina-love baking and fun to talk to
    11. Nina-Darrell a really good friend.  He will be by you if you need it
    12. Darrell- Cary has an amazing sense of humor
    13. Cary-Lily a really warm person.  When she smiles it takes up her whole face
    14. Lily-Eileen she seems really chill
    15. Eileen-Mimi-she seems very sweet
    16. Mimi-Minji-She’s really cute and you want to hug her or pat her head
    17. Minji-Keiko- her hair, she thinks it’s really pretty

  2. FTC Video
    1. What is FTC video commercial
      1. A submission from each club that is 1 minute long and represents what Circle K is.
    2. Ideas
      1. JC sang to Taylor Swifts “you belong with me”
      2. Group of circle K people and person singing is in the center.  Then another group that is all trashy to show that they should be in Circle K
      3. Tips for building a skit
        1. Need storyline
          1. Choosing between clubs is conflict
        2. Resolve it -Picking circle k
        3. Move forward
      4. Like music video where she is geeky at the beginning and then hot at the end
      5. Guy sees girl at service project. She notices him but he never notices her until she washes up and they have class together, then she invites him to general meeting and yea…
        1. Dirty at service project and then get hot at fall or spring banquet.  He already Joined but didn’t notice her
      6. A person and then a representative from 2 different groups, then one person is walking and we don’t know and then the representatives show them the different things that they do.  And then the other side isn’t that great.  Then back and forth a few times
      7. The lyrics already tell a story
      8. She is already friends and tries to call him up and ask him what to do and he is a frat boy and she is dirty and stuff and she sees him go to fall banquet and she follows him
      9. They are neighbors and she’s having a bad day and he goes over and tries to cheer her up and she shows in scrapbook in room then goes to general meeting
      10. They were writing notes to each other in rooms from dwinelle and represent tenets
      11. Incorporate Pictures more
      12. Whole video stop motion video- can make things look crazier

    2. Circle K week is a whole week of promoting circle k we do whatever we want but we did stuff at table.  We talked about DFI and DSI and each day was different.  And Free hug days.  We did it on weeks where there were only 4 days per week.
  5. Joint social and workday with scrapbook
    1. October 11 3:30
    2. Might work on video so if you could come that would be great
  6. Work on promoting club
    1. Ideas on how to promote
      1. Signs about events really worked a lot.
      2. Find PVC pipe to make a stand so we can stick on posters
      3. Putting up balloons
        1. Have to buy helium
        2. Hang from corners of tent
        3. No one is going to read the balloons
        4. Stick them on the borders
    2. Chalking
      1. Chalk on boards of the class rooms you’re in
      2. PR should chalk more
      3. Clubs name
      4. Where we meet
      5. Emphasize community service
      6. Advertise big events
    3. Flyering contest
      1. We bought a bunch of pens and then stick flyers on pens and pass out the pens.
        1. Give them out and leave them on the table
      2. If you’re at the table then just please flyer if you can
      3. Voting for flyer design next meeting
      4. People who volunteered last week please finish it soon
    4. Posters
      1. Delay till later because its midterm season
    5. Networking with other clubs
      1. Homework- research some clubs that we can relate to and what we could do with them
