My 101 Goals in 1001 Days

 

The Mission: Complete 101 pre-set tasks in a period of 1001 days.


The Criteria: Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).

 

Start date: 1st July 2009
End date: 1st April 2012

 

  1. Achieve the National Youth Achievement Award (Singapore) / The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (Australia)
  2. Hug a stranger
  3. Say 'No' to suggestions for an entire day

  4. Throw a going-away party for all my friends
  5. Throw a summer pool party for my friends

  6. Write a poem
  7. Tell someone that I hate how I really feel about them
  8. Prank call someone
     
  9. Have an entire day without using the internet
  10. Sleep outside in a tent

  11. Write a letter to the Government expressing my concerns



  12. Make at least one new best friend
  13. Attend the 'Year 12 River Cruise'
  14. Graduate from Canning Vale College
     
  15. Get a decent TER
  16. Get accepted into my desired University and course
  17. Get a job

  18. Learn to drive
  19. Buy an amazing gift for somebody
