Terms & Conditions (TC)

 

To ensure that 2009 Diwali Show is a resounding success, please read this T&C and sign this form so all participants, sponsors and helpers are clear in their understanding of the event and their roles, responsibilities, and their expectations from the GHU.

 

Participants/ Helpers/ Parents of participants

  1. All the above are volunteers by taking part in the event.
  2. All participants are deemed to have formal consent from responsible persons including parents by signing this application.
  3. The signing of this TC document signifies your acceptance of all the terms and conditions and others that should be obvious in this kind of an event.
  4. This document is not wholly exhaustive of all the TC’s and some will be communicated as when required to ensure compliance to the rules.
  5. GHU must be provided with correct full names and addresses of all participants, to ensure we meet all requirements including Health and Safety and to ensure relevant acknowledgment is made when required
  6. GHU is given consent to take photos and video of all the participants for the whole event.
  7. Participants cannot make unreasonable requests for timing and position in the programme of the event.
  8. All decisions made by the programme committee are final.
  9. Any complaints must in the first instance be resolved verbally, by bringing it to the attention of the Programme Coordinator, thereafter the GHU Trustee Mr Ashwinbhai Soni. In the event that this does not solve the problem entirely then you may write officially to the GHU Committee which can address your concerns at the next opportune moment. The committee’s decision will be final.
  10. All participants or representative (and in case of a group) have to agree and abide to this TC by signing this form.
  11. Entry is free only to participants and one helper only. Prior agreement is required if more than one is involved. All others including the parents have to pay for seats

 

Meanwhile GHU will do everything to ensure the event is enjoyable for all and assist all who need help. As GHU is also run by volunteers, we appreciate your patience and understanding to make the show a success
