We speak in generalities and in the theoretical to help us understand specifics and praxis;

Constant question must be, what is the relevance to and implication for our church life: congregational and denominational

Keep in mind
-
Must fight urge to dismiss SM without some thoughtfulness
-
Must embrace SM appropriately, not see as a tool or method, but way of life
-
Must engage SM contextually
- Must have strong sense of worth within the leadership because this flattens the understanding and experience of the whole church.
-
