Gen 24:1-31  And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and YHWH had blessed Abraham in all things.  (2)  And Abraham said unto his eldest servant of his house, that ruled over all that he had, Put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh:  (3)  And I will make thee swear by YHWH, the Elohim of heaven, and the Elohim of the earth, that thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell:  (4)  But thou shalt go unto my country, and to my kindred, and take a wife unto my son Isaac.  (5)  And the servant said unto him, Peradventure the woman will not be willing to follow me unto this land: must I needs bring thy son again unto the land from whence thou camest?  (6)  And Abraham said unto him, Beware thou that thou bring not my son thither again.  (7)  YHWH Elohim of heaven, which took me from my father's house, and from the land of my kindred, and which spoke unto me, and that swore unto me, saying, Unto thy seed will I give this land; he shall send his angel before thee, and thou shalt take a wife unto my son from thence.  (8)  And if the woman will not be willing to follow thee, then thou shalt be clear from this my oath: only bring not my son thither again.  (9)  And the servant put his hand under the thigh of Abraham his master, and swore to him concerning that matter.  (10)  And the servant took ten camels of the camels of his master, and departed; for all the goods of his master were in his hand: and he arose, and went to Mesopotamia, unto the city of Nahor.  (11)  And he made his camels to kneel down without the city by a well of water at the time of the evening, even the time that women go out to draw water.  (12)  And he said, O YHWH Elohim of my master Abraham, I pray thee, send me good speed this day, and show kindness unto my master Abraham.  (13)  Behold, I stand here by the well of water; and the daughters of the men of the city come out to draw water:  (14)  And let it come to pass, that the damsel to whom I shall say, Let down thy pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink; and she shall say, Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also: let the same be she that thou hast appointed for thy servant Isaac; and thereby shall I know that thou hast showed kindness unto my master.  (15)  And it came to pass, before he had done speaking, that, behold, Rebekah came out, who was born to Bethuel, son of Milcah, the wife of Nahor, Abraham's brother, with her pitcher upon her shoulder.  (16)  And the damsel was very fair to look upon, a virgin, neither had any man known her: and she went down to the well, and filled her pitcher, and came up.  (17)  And the servant ran to meet her, and said, Let me, I pray thee, drink a little water of thy pitcher.  (18)  And she said, Drink, my Master: and she hasted, and let down her pitcher upon her hand, and gave him drink.  (19)  And when she had done giving him drink, she said, I will draw water for thy camels also, until they have done drinking.  (20)  And she hasted, and emptied her pitcher into the trough, and ran again unto the well to draw water, and drew for all his camels.  (21)  And the man wondering at her held his peace, to know whether YHWH had made his journey prosperous or not.  (22)  And it came to pass, as the camels had done drinking, that the man took a golden earring of half a shekel weight, and two bracelets for her hands of ten shekels weight of gold;  (23)  And said, Whose daughter art thou? tell me, I pray thee: is there room in thy father's house for us to lodge in?  (24)  And she said unto him, I am the daughter of Bethuel the son of Milcah, which she bore unto Nahor.  (25)  She said moreover unto him, We have both straw and provender enough, and room to lodge in.  (26)  And the man bowed down his head, and worshiped YHWH.  (27)  And he said, Blessed be YHWH Elohim of my master Abraham, who hath not left destitute my master of his mercy and his truth: I being in the way, YHWH led me to the house of my master's brethren.  (28)  And the damsel ran, and told them of her mother's house these things.  (29)  And Rebekah had a brother, and his name was Laban: and Laban ran out unto the man, unto the well.  (30)  And it came to pass, when he saw the earring and bracelets upon his sister's hands, and when he heard the words of Rebekah his sister, saying, Thus spoke the man unto me; that he came unto the man; and, behold, he stood by the camels at the well.  (31)  And he said, Come in, thou blessed of YHWH; wherefore standest thou without? for I have prepared the house, and room for the camels.

Be Prepared

Heb 11:7  By faith Noah, being warned of YHWH of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

People learn that we teach Bushcraft and Living off the grid - When things go bad we will come to your house! (No you won't!)

We need to prepare physically..

Pro 30:25  The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer;

Pro 6:6-11  Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:  (7)  Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler,  (8)  Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.  (9)  How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?  (10)  Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:  (11)  So shall thy poverty come as one that traveleth, and thy want as an armed man.

Pro 13:4  The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.

Pro 24:30-34  I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding;  (31)  And, lo, it was all grown over with thorns, and nettles had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall thereof was broken down.  (32)  Then I saw, and considered it well: I looked upon it, and received instruction.  (33)  Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:  (34)  So shall thy poverty come as one that traveleth; and thy want as an armed man.

If there was a "rapture" (which there isn't) people think YHWSHUA would just come take them out of the mess cause they are so special! But even if this theory were true.. HE would only come for those who were prepared!!

Mat 25:1-10  Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.  (2)  And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.  (3)  They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:  (4)  But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.  (5)  While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.  (6)  And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.  (7)  Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.  (8)  And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.  (9)  But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.  (10)  And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

We need to prepare Spiritually!

Pro 16:1  The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from YHWH.

Exo 16:5  And it shall come to pass, that on the sixth day they shall prepare that which they bring in; and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.

1Sa 7:3  And Samuel spoke unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto YHWH with all your hearts, then put away the strange elohim and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto YHWH, and serve him only: and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.

1Ch 15:1-3  And David made him houses in the city of David, and prepared a place for the ark of Elohim, and pitched for it a tent.  (2)  Then David said, None ought to carry the ark of Elohim but the Levites: for them hath YHWH chosen to carry the ark of Elohim, and to minister unto him forever.  (3)  And David gathered all Israel together to Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of YHWH unto his place, which he had prepared for it.

2Ch 19:2-3  And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest thou help the unrighteous, and love them that hate YHWH? therefore is wrath upon thee from before YHWH.  (3)  Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek Elohim.

Job 11:13-15  If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him;  (14)  If iniquity be in thine hand, put it far away, and let not wickedness dwell in thy tabernacles.  (15)  For then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; yea, thou shalt be steadfast, and shalt not fear:

2Ti 2:19-21  Nevertheless the foundation of YHWH standeth sure, having this seal, YHWH knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Messiah depart from iniquity.  (20)  But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor.  (21)  If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

We Are HIS Sanctuary

1Ki 5:18  And Solomon's builders and Hiram's builders did hew them, and the stonesquarers: so they prepared timber and stones to build the house.

1Ki 6:19  And the oracle he prepared in the house within, to set there the ark of the covenant of YHWH.

Psa 107:31-36  Oh that men would praise YHWH for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!  (32)  Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.  (33)  He turneth rivers into a wilderness, and the watersprings into dry ground;  (34)  A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein.  (35)  He turneth the wilderness into a standing water, and dry ground into watersprings.  (36)  And there he maketh the hungry to dwell, that they may prepare a city for habitation;

Joh 14:2  In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. (Better: I go to prepare you a place)

1Co 3:16-17  Know ye not that ye are the temple of YHWH, and that the Spirit of YHWH dwelleth in you?  (17)  If any man defile the temple of YHWH, him shall YHWH destroy; for the temple of YHWH is Set Apart, which temple ye are.

Eph 2:20-22  And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, YHWSHUA Messiah himself being the chief corner stone;  (21)  In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto a Set Apart temple in YHWH:  (22)  In whom ye also are builded together for a habitation of YHWH through the Spirit.

1Pe 2:5  Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an Set Apart priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to YHWH by YHWSHUA Messiah.

2Co 6:16-18  And what agreement hath the temple of YHWH with idols? for ye are the temple of the living Elohim; as YHWH hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their Elohim, and they shall be my people.  (17)  Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith YHWH, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.  (18)  And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith YHWH Almighty.

Are we Constructing a House for YHWH or Preparing Ourselves for Destruction?

Exo 15:2  YHWH is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my Elohim, and I will prepare him a habitation; my father's Elohim, and I will exalt him.

2Ch 12:13-14  So king Rehoboam strengthened himself in Jerusalem, and reigned: for Rehoboam was one and forty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned seventeen years in Jerusalem, the city which YHWH had chosen out of all the tribes of Israel, to put his name there. And his mother's name was Naamah an Ammonitess.  (14)  And he did evil, because he prepared not his heart to seek YHWH.

2Ch 30:18-20  For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, The good YHWH pardon every one  (19)  That prepareth his heart to seek Elohim, YHWH Elohim of his fathers, though he be not cleansed according to the purification of the sanctuary.  (20)  And YHWH hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.

Isa 65:11  But ye are they that forsake YHWH, that forget my Set Apart mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.

Luk 1:15-17  For he shall be great in the sight of YHWH, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Set Apart Spirit, even from his mother's womb.  (16)  And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to YHWH their Elohim.  (17)  And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for YHWH.

1Co 14:7-9  And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how shall it be known what is piped or harped?  (8)  For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?  (9)  So likewise ye, except ye utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how shall it be known what is spoken? for ye shall speak into the air.

Mar 1:3  The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of YHWH, make his paths straight.

Amo 4:12  ... prepare to meet thy Elohim, O Israel.
