A New Titans Baby!

Congratulations to Titans Men’s Head Coach Jerry Tesanovic and his wife Sue, on the birth of their first child, Noah Milutin Clement Tesanovic.  

The Great White Sharks are especially happy to welcome the newest member of their team!  Noah arrived April 21, 2009, weighing in at 2.9 kg (6.4 lb) and he is 51 cm (20 inches) long.  Mother and baby are doing well while Papa Jerry has recently discovered what sleep deprivation really means.  Jerry says: "The little one is keeping us busy, but to be honest I don't mind a bit".  The Great White Sharks are happy that Jerry has finally devoted himself to ensuring the next generation of Titans are ready.  We send the new family our very best wishes and look forward to seeing Noah in the water in a few years! 

2009 Titans Annual Awards Banquet

Date: Thursday, June 4

Location: Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport (2400 Alert Road, Ottawa, ON K1V 1S1)

Time: Doors will open at 6pm and Opening Ceremonies start at 6:15pm sharp.

All Titans athletes and family members are welcome. It’s time to celebrate the accomplishments of our athletes, and to thank our dedicated coaches, team managers, and other volunteers.

Hot buffet dinner, dessert, coffee/ tea included.  Cash Bar.

Tickets: $25 per person. Tickets must be purchased in advance from your Team Manager.  Deadline for ticket purchase is Monday, May 25. Let your team manager know numbers well in advance so they can arrange to get tickets to you and receive payment in return. Cheques only please.

Silent Auction: Jane Luh will be coordinating this. Please contact her at janeluh@hotmail.com to indicate what you will be donating (and approximate value), or simply bring the item(s) to the event.

Slide Show:  Tristan Tremblay has agreed to put together a slide show for the banquet. But he can only do so with your input of photos!! Parents, coaches and players, please forward photos to tremblay.pierre@rogers.com in small batches, or contact Tristan directly to get an address so you can mail him a CD. It would be helpful if you could identify players, or more importantly TEAMS represented in the photos, so we can assure we have all teams covered.
