Titans Open House and Registration Day, Sunday Sept 13th, 1-3pm

The Titans Open House and Registration Day will be on Sunday, September 13th at the Hilton Garden Airport Inn, 2400 Alert Road.  As we did last year, athletes print out their own forms to register from the club website, fill them out and bring their completed forms and cheques to the registration day.  NOTE that updated forms for Competitive and Academy athletes for the 2009-2010 competitive season are not yet posted to the website at the time of this email, but should be available next week.

There will be a number of volunteers available to accept your registration package on September 13th ensuring timely processing.  Also, you will have an opportunity to meet the coaches and board members, and buy club swim suits and other merchandise. Treats and drinks will also be available (profits will support both the Titans Club and the Run/Walk for the Cure for Breast Cancer), so bring your loonies and twoonies.

Program Registration for 2009-2010

-          Invitations for the Competitive program (16U and 18U) have been sent out by e-mail to each athlete. A reply to confirm a competitive athlete's participation in the upcoming season was due today.  If you have not yet replied to confirm your competitive offer, or if yours was not received, please contact Celso Rojas,  celsowaterpolo@hotmail.com  (for the girls program) or Jerry Tesanovic , jerry.tesanovic@rogers.com and Jerry.Tesanovic@curtisswright.com  (for the boys program).  Competitive athletes should complete the forms, once posted on the website and bring them to the Open House.

-          Academy players should simply complete the forms, once posted on the website. Then bring them to the Open House on September 13.

-          ILWP, Rec House League and Adult participants, your forms are already posted on the Titans website. You can complete and mail them in, or bring them to the Open House.
