The Titans Open House and
Registration Day is this Sunday, September 13th at the Hilton Garden Airport Inn, 2400 Alert Road. Registrations will be accepted for any of our club's programs.
As we did last year, athletes print out their own forms to register from the club website, fill them out and bring their completed forms and cheques to the registration day.
Please spend some time reviewing all the registration material, codes
of conduct and volunteer positions that need filling prior to
completing the registration forms. A registration checklist has been
posted to ensure complete registration packages are submitted. Inquiries about Registration should be directed to Sanja Boskovic, Registrar at Registrar@titanswaterpolo.ca . More detailed program registration information is provided at the end of this newsletter.
Our open house also gives you an opportunity to meet and talk to the coaches and board members, buy club swim suits, jackets and balls, as well as purchase Gala tickets.
For
any of our high school athletes who volunteered last season, but don't
yet have their high school volunteer forms signed, Pierre Tremblay will
be at the Open House and can sign your volunteer form.

Our club's
25th Anniversary Gala is fast approaching, and we look forward to
seeing you there! Tickets will be for sale at our Open House this
Sunday Sept 13th. The Gala organizing team has been working hard this
summer putting together all the details to make the Gala a very special
evening!
This is your invitation to an event which is the first of its kind for the club, bringing together all of the past 25 years of players, coaches, volunteers, friends and family, as well as some prominent water polo personalities across Ontario. There will be live music, elegant decor, fine dining, commemorative wine selections and more exciting entertainment. Put water polo on the podium of excellence and come honour the Titans history and achievements at this formal gala event! You won't want to miss out!

Practice Schedules Posted on the Website Calendar
Families should check the club website as the practice schedules have now been posted for all programs. Click on the calendar tab on the website, then click on the tab for the program you are interested in. Note that if you click on a particular event (e.g. "Boys 1" practice on a particular Thursday 7:30pm), then you will see the details of practice location and what time the athletes are expected to arrive on deck.

Help Needed With "I Love Water Polo" and Rec House League Program Promotion
Do you know of somewhere in your community where you could put
up some ILWP promotional posters or leave some flyers?
Would you be able to have a short piece inserted in your son or daughter's school newsletter? Or could you leave some brochures with your school?
We depend on Titan's families to help with program promotion - we know word of mouth is the best vehicle for advertising. Rec programs feed the competitive programs, and we need your help with recruitment!

I Love Water Polo (ages 7-12) and Recreational House League (ages 13+) Participants

Adult Water Polo
Parents, interested in playing? No experience necessary!! We have a Learn-to-Play program on Sunday evenings, as well as a Semi-Competitive Program on Thursday evenings.
