Forest Farm boasts 8 acres of beautiful land for your children to explore and enjoy - and with our
two Shetland ponies, peacocks and sheep (sometimes visiting)  it’s a real rural haven!

be sure your child will enjoy lots of exciting, inspiring and energising projects as each day
builds up skills and ideas to a fantastic finale!

The Sports Barn
The main activities for the weeks will be Art, and Bushcraft and Nature, but will also include plenty of Cooking,
Music and a whole host of fun, creative and imaginative things!  Each day runs from 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
and you can do half day sessions, too, which end and begin at 12.45pm depending on whether you want a
half day morning or afternoon!

Create also runs After School in term times from 3.00 - 5.30pm with our skilled and inspiring teachers,
and in the Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays, and all half terms.

Thank you very much for your application and payment.  You will also receive an email to the address you specified in your application to us.  Please print this form as confirmation of your place.  We will only contact you if there is a problem with your application or if the place you have requested is full.

Welcome to Create.  We hope you your child(ren) have a very enjoyable time with us.  We would welcome any feedback, and you will be given a feedback form, and there is also the green comments book where you can leave your suggestions.


Our approach is to create a fun but stimulating environment in  relaxed setting.  There will be a chance for the children to do focused challenging activities as well as a chance for exercise, sport and free play and relaxed activities such as reading books and a range of suitable magazines.  We try to encourage the children to go outdoors for play and walks as well.


Below are some terms and conditions...


  1.  Please leave at least two contact names and numbers, and inform us of any change, we require you to be contactable at all times.
  2. Please let us know if anyone else will be collecting your child(ren) and sign in the book.
  3. We want all children to be able to have fun without disruption.  We have the right to ask you to take your child out for any of th following reasons; inappropriate behaviour, disruption of activities, bad language, verbal or physical abuse towards another child or adult, contact negativity involving agenda of activities.  We rely on the positive involvement and enthusiasm of the children
  4. We will not accept anyone onto the premises who i sill, who looks ill or who has had a stomach upset or high temperature in the previous 12 hours.  No medication can be administered unless under special circumstances.  Please let us know of an medical condition that we should be aware of.
  5. Children must come in suitable clothing and bring spare clothes i.e.  T-shirt, waterproofs nd wellies and please bring them indoor shoes or slippers to change into.
  6. All children have a sun had and must suitably covered for the sun.  Please bring sun cream.  If you do not want sun cream to be applied you must inform us in writing. (Summer only)
  7. Please make sure you child has a packed lunch.  You will need an ice pack in the lunch box if you are providing any meat products or if the weather is exceptionally hot.  PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE SWEETS, NUTS OR CHOCOLATE IN THE LUNCH BOX.  Please ask for you Lunch Ideas sheet if you need inspiration.  Snacks and drinks will be provided.  Please let us know of any food allergies or intolerance.

  9. Punctuality - Please be punctual collecting your children.  We will accept no lateness.  If in extreme circumstances you are late there will be a charge of £5.00 for the first 10 minutes and £1.00 per minute after.
