- We have $500, so we can give at least one

- Application process: Committee made up of Shadra, E.J., Tamara; named after famous black alum, given on basis of community service, etc.; put application in FMO office
- Goal to increase Black House attendance
- Last year not a lot of people came
- Encourage freshmen to come to the Black House
