This blog will be used make important pre-Game announcements as well as to track the status of The Game and respective teams during actual Game play. Nothing much has happened since last update...The Game is still on!
4/18/09 9:59pm - The Game in progress
Currently we are about 4 hours into The Game, and two teams are neck and neck!! Competition is really heating up. We have seen some very creative (and provocative) costumes, adding to the festive spirit of The Game. Meanwhile, Game Control is hard at work, enjoying yummy food from San Tung, and not laughing at the teams that are falling behind in completing The Mission.
The Hygean Operative is still ahead, but Noxxion Pharmaceuticals is advancing quickly in its diabolical plans to destroy the cancer cure-all, FANTASIA (not to be confused with the ultimate boba experience located in Cupertino, CA).
Shout out to team Sexy Nerds, who have shown us that "perseverance" can be SEXXXYYY!! We hope you enjoyed your tacqueria stop. :)
4/14/09 8:14pm - Prepare Materials released!
Begin gathering as many of the required and recommended items/resources as possible as this will greatly facilitate your success in The Game. The lists are incomplete and Game Control reserves the right to create clues dependent on any type of resource, cipher, or language.

4/8/09 5:00pm - In-person Registration ends in the Student Activity Center
If your team and individual status indicate in-person registration, register in the SAC (MU 108W) between 7:30am-5pm ASAP.
In-person
registration is required and involves signing the waiver form and
having UCSF student ID, your driver's license and proof of team car's
insurance photocopied.
