How to sign up for housing:

1.    Please go to website http://portal.bc.edu
  
2.   Please fill in your BC Username and BC Password. Hit Login Button
 

3.    The following page should come up. If not click the My Services Tab.

4.    This will pop up in another window or in another tab depending on your Internet Browser.

 
5.    Click Application link on the top.

 
6.    Select “2009 Theology and Ministry Summer Housing” and press select.



7. Read the application instructions and click continue.
 


8.  Personal & Contact Details: Please update your personal and emergency contact information via U-View in Agora Portal.  Simply add any links to personal Facebook and or MySpace accounts if you like.  These will allow potential roommates to learn more about you!  Click save and continue to proceed.
 


9.  Roommate Questionnaire:  Fill out the short roommate survey.  This will be used to help match you with potential roommates.  Click save and continue when finished.
 

10. If you wish to be included in the roommate search process, check the first box.  Enter a screen name if you wish and fill out a short description of yourself to offer to potential roommates.  Click save and continue.
 

11. Theology and Ministry Housing: Review the School of Theology and Ministry's Summer Housing Website to determine which session you should apply for.  Next, select the appropriate summer session from the scroll down menu.  Please note the arrival and departure dates for each housing session.  Click save and continue to proceed.

 

12. Program Details and Preferences: Select your room preference (Single, Double, Family Style).  Next, request  your anticipated date of arrival and departure.  These dates should closely match the start and end dates of your program.  Leave any comments you feel applicable.  Click save and continue.

 

13. Residency Agreement: READ the Boston College Summer Residency Agreement, check the box that indicates your agreement with the terms and conditions, then click save and continue.  
 

14.  Roommate Requests:  Use the links at the bottom of this page to search and or browse for roommates if you wish.  Make sure to follow the roommate guidelines at the top of the page!  Once finished, click continue.

 

15. Status:  This page indicates the status of your application.  Until a roommate and room is assigned to you, your application will appear not complete.
