I. Alumni Panel

• Room: CSOM 2-233 @ 6:00 pm
• Scott is the moderator
• Estimate of Budget-
• 3 food platters = $150
• 5 Honorariums = $50
• 4 Parking Validations = $28 ($7 each); This may be covered by Colleen
• Printing Costs = $20
• Total = $230

II. Fed Trip

• Market the event better next time
• Need feedback from attendees at next meeting

III. Lunch with Professor

• Sher enjoyed the lunch; it only cost ESO $50
• Candidates for the next lunch are Kehoe, Holmes, Sahi
• Grad students are another possibility

IV. Discussion Committee

• Need to pick a date and book the room
• Refreshments?

V. Start Planning the Spring Kickoff

• Late January 2010
• Need more possible companies: General Mills, Ameriprise, Wells Fargo, AON, Cargill

VI. Joint Event with UW-Madison’s ESA

• Funding, officer only, kind of event (Debate) need to be determined

VII. ESO Website

• Need to utilize this more and clean it up

VIII. New Academic Officer

• Position will be created
• Candidates are Zack Rummler and Scott Heins
• This officer will be in charge of tutoring for 1101 and 1102, as well as providing a meeting place to form study groups for 3xxx and 4xxx classes
