Summary: This bill is requesting RHA's sponsorship of TEAM Buzz, a campus-wide community service day event that involves many residents of GT housing of all years and residences. TEAM Buzz strives to provide an opportunity for community involvement to Tech students, faculty, and alumni. This year, our goal is to have 2000 students participating in projects throughout metro Atlanta and several alumni projects taking place all over the nation. We are requesting funding for the breakfast and lunch that TEAM Buzz provides to volunteers on the day of the event. Several items have already been arranged to be donated from sponsors rather than purchased. An itemized list of the meal costs is provided below. The TEAM Buzz steering committee would like to thank RHA for its consideration of sponsorship of this campus-wide community event.
