November Tweetup

It's hard to believe that just a few short months ago, our first tweetup took place with a mere 10 women and today we have over 60 on the Halifax Chick List. Thanks to all of you for making this group such a success.

I'm hoping that this monthly e-mail update will allow everyone to stay in the loop and ensure nobody misses out on the tweets announcing the events and the pre-planning that goes into the monthly events.

That brings us to the next order of things.

Take the poll to decide on the next tweetup day & time. If there are specific dates that you can't make, feel free to leave those in the poll comments section.

Take the poll on the next venue. After sending out a tweet for suggestions, here are the options that you chose: Durty Nelly's, The Foggy Goggle, Henry House, Mezza, Nectar Social House, The Wooden Monkey, or (for something different) a spa.

Halifax Chicks: Growing Our Community

If you know a woman living in and around Halifax who would like to join our tweetups, please have her get in touch with event organizer Kimberly (aka @AliasGrace). To be added to this distribution list, I'll just need an e-mail address.

For anyone who's not interested in getting monthly updates via e-mail, there are other ways of finding out about tweetups.
