Spring 2006 HMIS Conference- Monday April 10, 2006 (see attached)

• Planning process by Brian Smith, Cindy, Kat, Julia, Brian Sokol
• Draft agenda
• Will use state liaison as point of contact for
• 150 people with lunch- $900 short of target budget
• Location- UMass Boston Campus Center
• Online registration to be launced. 

State Liasons responsible for coordinating registration

• Maine: Cindy Namer
• Vermont: Brian Smith, Kim Woolaver
• New Hampshire: Linda Newell 
• Massachusetts: Julia Tripp (consumers), Bill Silvestri
• Rhode Island: Lisa Robinson
• Connecticut: Walt Hewitt or ??
• Julia also offered to be constituent coordinator for the conference

Sponsorship:

Brian Smith will talk to vendors to raise at least $900-$2000 to offset costs

Julia Tripp will work with Brian Smith to find stipend $ for consumers at $100 per person

Next steps- Committee Review Revised Agenda and Circulate for identification of speakers
